ABSTRACT
El presente trabajo es el resultado de un proyecto de investigación pedagógica desarrollado en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas General Calixto García Iñiguez y su objetivo fue diseñar y aplicar una estrategia pedagógica que permitiera elevar la preparación para la investigación científica de los educandos de pre y posgrado de la carrera de Medicina. Se realizaron estudios pilotos (encuestas y revisión de trabajos). Se constató la necesidad de perfeccionar la actividad científica estudiantil y de realizar acciones pedagógicas para mejorar la preparación de estudiantes y tutores. Se obtuvieron resultados de la estrategia adoptada, uno de ellos fue que la facultad obtuvo el primer lugar en la Jornada Científica Estudiantil del instituto en los cursos escolares 2005-2006 y 2006-2007.
The present paper is the result of an educational research project developed in Calixto García Iníguez Medical Sciences Faculty and its aim was to design and to apply a pedagogical strategy allowing to improve the training for scientific research of the medical pre- and post-graduates. Pilot studies (surveys and paper reviews) were conducted. It was confirmed the need of improving the student's scientific activity, and to take pedagogical actions to enhance the training of students and tutors. Some results were obtained from the strategy adopted.One of them was that the Faculty won the first place in the Student's Scientific Meeting of the institute in the academic courses 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.
